Small to Medium Items - Package Delivery Small to medium size items generally ship via ground service through carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS. Orders shipped via the above carriers will automatically receive a confirmation from the carrier with tracking information and package delivery status. Large Items - Standard Freight Delivery Larger items that do not fit within the size and weight requirements of the small package carriers must ship via a standard freight carrier. Larger furniture items are typically heavier and require special handling and therefore cost more to ship. If your order is shipped by a standard freight carrirer, the carrier will contact you by phone when your order is in your city which they will then schedule a time to make the delivery. Standard freight delivery includes placing your order within the main threshold of your home, apartment building, highrise etc. If you live in building with a lobby area or shipping dock your order will be dropped off in the appropriate area. It would then be your responsibility to get the package to your apartment. With standard freight it is your responsibility to unpack, and set up and/or assemble your furniture. Large Items - Premium Freight Delivery Premium freight delivery is optional and includes unpacking and placing the item in the room, assembly is not included. This service typically cost an additional $90 per item, depending on the size.
