If there is more than one size available for an item, (such as a twin, full and queen size bed) the shipping cost may be different, if so it will be indicated with consecutive numbers in parenthesis (example (89)(99)(109)). There are no surprise hidden charges or delivery surcharges, what you see is what it will cost you in shipping.
