receiving your shipment

For small and medium sized packages delivered by UPS, FedEx, DHL and UPSP the driver may at his discretion leave your package at your door step without a signiture. If you would like to sign for the delivery let us know and we will ship it with that option.

For a freight delivery, you must be present to receive the shipment. A signiture is required to make the delivery. Your shipment will typically be scheduled to be delivered Monday through Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm.

When you receive your shipment look for any obvious package damage. If it appears to be damaged, unpack it and inspect it before the delivery person gets your signiture. If it is damaged you may refuse delivery. If you refuse delivery please contact us as soon as possible so that we are aware of the damage and can resolve the issue with the carrier. If your item was damaged we will expedite the process to get a new item shipped to you as soon as possible.

If your order is damaged and the carrier has already left, please let us know within 3 business days. We would then schedule for the item to be picked up. It is important to save all the packing material as you will need to repack the item in order to ship it back.
