We are confident that if you like the way our products look online you will like then even better once you receive them. If you don't, however we understand and all we ask is that you give us the reason why so that we can help improve our products based on your feedback. Please contact us within 10 business days for return authorization and the return shipping address. Return items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive the returned item in it's original condition we will credit you the full amount on the item excluding shipping. Custom items, monogrammed items including our Wall Letters are not returnable unless there is a defect in the item. Defective items will be exchanged with an identical new item. If you would like to exchange the item for something else we will charge or credit your account to compensate for any difference in price. You will also be charged for shipping the item.
